This month, we visited London-based Car Audio & Security to check out their new demo car—a mighty Dodge Challenger SRT8—which recently had the Air Lift Performance treatment. It’s a great-looking retro shape, especially when the long body is slung low over the right set of wheels.
Fitted in-house at Car Audio & Security, Parm and the team have kitted the Challenger out with a hidden boot install, blacked out lights and those striking chrome wheels.
The Challenger is ideally suited to the Air Lift Performance setup, comprised of 30-way adjustable monotube shocks (front and rear) for a precise and accurate setup to suit ALL your driving needs. From super-stiff to comfort-soft, each driver can dial in their preferred handling feel by altering the rebound and compression together.
Still not convinced? Each Air Lift Performance shock weights considerably less than the coil spring parts you remove, reducing unsprung weight to further improve ride and handling. What’s more, this kit also comes with our super-lightweight aluminum air tank, saving a massive 15lbs over the steel alternative, improving the Challenger’s on-road performance—and transforming the look, too!
A big thanks to Parm and the Car Audio & Security team for letting us check out build. Want to find out more information on our Challenger air suspension system? Check out the following link: https://www.airliftperformance.com/vehicle/dodge-challenger/
